Homemade whole wheat pasta... there's nothing better than homemade pasta, and it's so easy too!
Ingredients:
- 350 g freshly ground whole wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:
- Heap the flour and make a well in the middle.
- Place all ingredients into the well.
- Push the flour into the well and mix everything together well.
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of water if necessary.
- Press the dough together and knead vigorously by hand for at least 10 minutes. It should be elastic and shiny.
- Let the dough rest in a closed container/bowl for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Dust the work surface with flour.
- Roll out the dough very thinly and shape it as desired.
- Let the raw pasta dry for 10 minutes.
- Cook in salted and boiling water until al dente.
- Enjoy!
