Homemade whole wheat pasta... there's nothing better than homemade pasta, and it's so easy too!


Ingredients:

  • 350 g freshly ground whole wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Heap the flour and make a well in the middle.
  2. Place all ingredients into the well.
  3. Push the flour into the well and mix everything together well.
  4. Add 1-2 teaspoons of water if necessary.
  5. Press the dough together and knead vigorously by hand for at least 10 minutes. It should be elastic and shiny.
  6. Let the dough rest in a closed container/bowl for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Dust the work surface with flour.
  8. Roll out the dough very thinly and shape it as desired.
  9. Let the raw pasta dry for 10 minutes.
  10. Cook in salted and boiling water until al dente.
  11. Enjoy!
