This chocolate cake is light and airy. Here's a great recipe that will delight your family and guests.


Ingredients:

  • 250 g butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 300 g sugar
  • 150 ml water
  • 400 g fresh flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 6 eggs

Preparation:

  1. Slowly heat butter, sugar and cocoa with water in a pot, dissolve and let cool.
  2. Mix flour with vanilla sugar, baking powder and eggs thoroughly.
  3. Add the cooled chocolate mixture and stir until creamy.
  4. Preheat oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat).
  5. Grease the baking tin or line it with baking paper and pour in the mixture evenly.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
  7. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
