This chocolate cake is light and airy. Here's a great recipe that will delight your family and guests.
Ingredients:
- 250 g butter
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 300 g sugar
- 150 ml water
- 400 g fresh flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 6 eggs
Preparation:
- Slowly heat butter, sugar and cocoa with water in a pot, dissolve and let cool.
- Mix flour with vanilla sugar, baking powder and eggs thoroughly.
- Add the cooled chocolate mixture and stir until creamy.
- Preheat oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat).
- Grease the baking tin or line it with baking paper and pour in the mixture evenly.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
