Happy Breakfast Protect Drink

Fancy something healthy in a jar? Our friends at My Happy Kitchen have another delicious recipe for you: a Breakfast Protect Smoothie. It's not just for winter, but also works especially well with our high-performance KoMoMix+ blender . Have fun blending it!

Ingredients:

For the cashew milk:

  • 50g organic cashew nuts
  • 300 ml water

For the smoothie:

  • Cashew milk
  • 3 Spirulina Tabs
  • 1 tbsp Manuka honey MGO 200
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 130 ml coconut water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 10g 99% dark chocolate
  • Grated cinnamon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Tellicherry pepper

Preparation:

  1. Place cashew milk, cashew nuts and water into a high-performance blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Peel a thumb-sized piece of ginger and put it in a blender along with Manuka honey, spirulina, coconut water, Himalayan salt, coconut oil, 99% dark chocolate, grated cinnamon, juice of one lemon, coriander, turmeric and Tellicherry pepper, and blend to make a perfect power smoothie.
  3. Enjoy!
