Ingredients:
For the cashew milk:
- 50g organic cashew nuts
- 300 ml water
For the smoothie:
- Cashew milk
- 3 Spirulina Tabs
- 1 tbsp Manuka honey MGO 200
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 130 ml coconut water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 10g 99% dark chocolate
- Grated cinnamon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp Tellicherry pepper
Preparation:
- Place cashew milk, cashew nuts and water into a high-performance blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Peel a thumb-sized piece of ginger and put it in a blender along with Manuka honey, spirulina, coconut water, Himalayan salt, coconut oil, 99% dark chocolate, grated cinnamon, juice of one lemon, coriander, turmeric and Tellicherry pepper, and blend to make a perfect power smoothie.
